Help Choosing the Right Product

A water-based epoxy system for indoor concrete garage floors, basements and similar indoor spaces. This kit provides a Light Gray, high-gloss finish and includes primer.

It is not suitable for carports or areas exposed to direct sunlight. Check that the concrete is sound, dry and free of moisture problems before planning the project.

One kit covers up to 250 sq. ft. Multiply length × width and add any separate areas to estimate your total floor area. “1-car” is a guide, not a fixed garage size.

Concrete texture, porosity and application affect actual coverage. Include the whole area you intend to coat when choosing quantity; ask us about your project if your floor is rough, porous or close to the coverage limit.

Remove oil, grease, dirt and loose coating. Repair damaged areas and prepare the concrete profile according to the kit instructions. Cleaning alone may not prepare a sealed or previously coated floor.

Check moisture and existing sealer or coating compatibility before applying. Test adhesion on a small prepared area. Do not coat over active moisture, loose material or an unverified existing finish.

Use the included primer before the epoxy coating. Keep each coating component with its matching curing agent and follow the kit instructions for mixing proportions, dilution and working time.

Plan your working area and exit route before mixing. Follow the specified interval between primer and topcoat; do not substitute instructions from a different 100% solids or decorative epoxy product.

Allow 3 days before walking and 7 days before parking vehicles, following the kit’s application and curing conditions. Dry-to-touch does not mean ready for tires or heavy loads.

Temperature, humidity and floor conditions can affect curing. Keep the garage clear during that time and follow the label before washing or regular use. After curing, use suitable gentle cleaners and address spills promptly.
