Cleaner preparation: clean and dry, roll on cleaner, wait 20 minutes, then rinse and dry completely.

2. Paint with Two Color Base Coats

Mix 1 kg white base with 20 g base hardener for 2–3 minutes; brush or roll two coats at least 2 hours apart.

3. Protect with a Clear Gloss Topcoat

1. Let the base dry. Wait 24 hours after the color base coats before topcoating.

2. Mix the matching parts. Add the 80 g Part 2b topcoat hardener to the 400 g Part 2a clear topcoat and mix thoroughly. Do not use the base-coat hardener.

3. Apply one even coat. Spread the mixed topcoat over the same 40–50 sq. ft. area. Allow 20–24 hours to dry and 7 days before cleaning; conditions can affect timing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from paint or a clear topcoat alone?

This complete kit brings together tile cleaner, color paint, a separate clear gloss topcoat, matching hardeners and application tools. Clean and prepare first, repaint in your chosen color, then add the clear topcoat for the final protective gloss finish. Both coating stages are included.

What color and finish will I get?

Choose White, Light Grey, Dark Grey, Black or Vanilla White. The color base changes the surface color; the transparent topcoat adds a gloss finish over it. All five colors include the same quantities, matching hardeners, cleaner and tools, and cover approximately 40–50 sq. ft. with two base coats and one topcoat. This is a repainting kit, not a clear-only coating.

Do the two coatings cover different areas?

No. One kit is intended for approximately 40–50 sq. ft. of finished surface: two base coats followed by one topcoat on that same area. Coverage is not 40–50 sq. ft. per coat, and the two stages must not be added together. Texture, absorption and application losses can reduce coverage.

Can I skip preparation because cleaner is included?

No. Remove grease, residue and loose material, repair damaged areas, and prepare smooth or glossy surfaces as directed. Follow the cleaner steps, rinse thoroughly and dry completely. A new coating cannot stabilize loose tile, peeling paint or a leaking substrate.

Can I mix all the components together?

No. Mix the 1 kg color base only with its 20 g base hardener. Apply two base coats and allow the base to dry for 24 hours. Then mix the 400 g clear topcoat only with its 80 g topcoat hardener and apply one coat.

When can I clean or use the coated surface?

Allow 20–24 hours for the topcoat to dry and 7 days before cleaning. Drying is not the same as full cure, and conditions can change the timing. Follow the supplied instructions for bathing, foot traffic and furniture; do not treat touch-dry as permission for normal use. After curing, use a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner.

Will it repair cracks or make a floor slip-proof?

The kit refreshes the appearance of suitable surfaces. Repair cracks, loose areas and moisture problems before painting. A gloss finish is not a slip-proof guarantee; take care around wet floors and keep spills cleaned up.

What if I am unsure about my existing surface?

Check the material and the condition of any old coating or sealer. Test adhesion on a small prepared area first. If the surface or existing finish is unknown, contact us with photos and project details before starting.
