Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

All gallon-size products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, please email us at dwilservice@dwilpainting.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item. If you use a return label provided by us, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at dwilservice@dwilpainting.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been approved, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at dwilservice@dwilpainting.com.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping your return. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
