Help Choosing the Right Product

This replacement is for the matching DWIL Tub & Tile Paint that specifies a 50:1 paint-to-hardener ratio. Check the product name and mixing instructions on your paint before ordering.

It is not a universal epoxy Part B. Do not substitute it into a 2K epoxy tub kit, garage floor epoxy or another coating with different components. Ask us about your project with a photo of your paint label if the match is unclear.

10 g: for 500 g of the compatible paint, typically the sink kit.

20 g: for 1,000 g (1 kg) of the compatible paint, typically the tub kit.

Choose by the weight of paint you will mix, not by the size of the fixture. For multiple paint containers, calculate the matching hardener for each one separately.

This listing supplies the selected hardener only. Paint and application tools are not included.

If hardener was missing from a kit you already received, contact us about your order before purchasing a replacement. Have the order details and a photo of the kit ready.

Use 50 parts compatible paint to 1 part hardener by weight: 500 g paint + 10 g hardener, or 1,000 g paint + 20 g hardener. Do not treat this as a volume ratio.

Mix only as directed by the matching paint instructions and observe its working time. Do not add extra hardener to speed drying or add it to paint that has already started curing.

The paint system’s instructions determine working time, application and curing after mixing. Hardener quantity alone does not establish when the painted surface is ready to use.

Keep the product in its labeled container and follow the label for storage, ventilation and protective equipment. If the container is damaged or its condition is uncertain, check with us before mixing it into your paint.
