All product costs are tax inclusive.

DWIL PAINT ships all orders within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving it. Actual transit times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Our goal is for all customers to receive their orders within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that during peak seasons your order may take longer than usual.

We offer free standard shipping on orders shipping within the United States.

What if I Didn’t Receive My Tracking Number?

Your shipping information should have been emailed to you the day your order shipped. Please note it takes a while for the tracking information to be available on the shipper’s website. If the tracking number doesn’t come up, then please check again later. If you didn’t get an email with the tracking number, please email us at shop@dwilpainting.com

Changing Your Shipping Address

Please inform us immediately if you need to change the delivery address after your order is placed. We may be able to reroute the package. Additional fees may be applicable.

Damaged Shipments

Please rest assured that all your products are carefully inspected and properly package before they are sent. In rare cases a package can be damaged in transit. Please take pictures of the damage and keep the original shipping material. You can send your pictures and an email with the details to shop@dwilpainting.com and we will make it right. We’ll ship out replacement products if needed and we will start a claim with the carrier. 

 

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All gallon sizes are FINAL SALE, no returns accepted.

To complete your return, please send an email to shop@dwilpainting.com letting us know you are shipping us your return.  All returns must be shipped to our warehouse at your cost:2145 South 11 th Ave Suite 140  Phoenix AZ 85007

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you still have not received it, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping back your product
To return your product, you should mail your product to:2145 South 11 th Ave Suite 140  Phoenix AZ 85007Return labels can be requested by emailing shop@dwilpainting.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for product exchanges to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
