Enhancing & Protecting: Applying over decorative or pigmented floor coatings (e.g., DWIL J6590 Antique Coating, DWIL J6200 Acrylic Coating) to boost gloss, depth of color, and surface durability.
High-Traffic Areas: Providing a tough, clear wear layer for floors subject to frequent foot traffic, light wheeled carts, and daily cleaning in environments such as:
Shopping malls, retail stores, and supermarkets | Office buildings, hallways, and lobbies | Underground parking garages and residential garages | Schools and public institutions |

Suitable for application over fully cured, sound, and clean water-based coating systems on concrete substrates.

Critical Preparation Note: The underlying coating must be free of dust, oil, wax, or any contamination. Do not apply directly onto bare concrete or incompatible coatings. For optimal adhesion, light sanding of the underlying coat is recommended if the surface is overly smooth or glossy.

Personal Protection: Causes skin and eye irritation. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves and safety goggles/face shield.
Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying. Use local exhaust if needed.
Application Conditions: Do not apply if temperature is below 41°F (5°C) or above 85°F (30°C), or if relative humidity exceeds 80%. Ensure substrate temperature is above dew point.
Combustibility: Water-based, no flash point. However, keep away from heat and open flames.
Dilution: If needed for flow, add only 5-10% clean water and mix thoroughly. Do not use other solvents.
Curing Time: Allow full cure (7 days) before subjecting the floor to heavy traffic or aggressive chemical exposure.
