- Warehouses & Logistics Centers — Heavy loading and frequent material handling often damage bare concrete floors. The primer penetrates and seals concrete, improving adhesion and preparing a solid base for epoxy self-leveling systems.
- Underground / Indoor Parking Garages — Vehicle traffic, tire abrasion, moisture, fuel or oil spills can degrade concrete. The primer seals pores and resists moisture/alkali intrusion, significantly extending floor lifespan.
- Industrial Plants / Production Workshops — Demanding environments requiring chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and easy cleaning. Use this primer to ensure strong adhesion before applying epoxy self-leveling or colored quartz coatings.
- Commercial Buildings / Malls / Supermarkets— High foot traffic and frequent load from shelves or carts, with emphasis on indoor air quality and odor control. Solvent-free, low-odor primer is ideal for indoor public spaces.

- Concrete slabs (new or existing, properly cured ≥ 28 days)

- Not suitable for:
Wet concrete with moisture content >10%
Oil-contaminated or weak, chalky concrete
Smooth, non-porous substrates such as metal, ceramic tiles, epoxy coatings (must be mechanically abraded first)
- This product is **for professional use only**.
- Do not dilute. This is a 100% solids, solvent-free system.
- Apply only when substrate moisture is **<10%**. Excess moisture may cause adhesion failure.
- Do not apply when ambient or substrate temperature is below **5°C (41°F)** or above **35°C (95°F)**.
- Avoid application when humidity is high or when the substrate temperature is near the **dew point**.
- Once Part A and Part B are mixed, the material will begin to react. Use within the specified pot life.
- Do not return mixed material to the original container.
- Keep away from children and ignition sources.
- If eye or skin contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
