- This two-component, water-based epoxy sealer primer is designed for interior concrete floor renovation and repainting projects. It is ideal for:
- Sealing and preparing old or new concrete substrates before applying decorative or protective topcoats.
- Use in commercial and residential spaces such as shopping malls, supermarkets, office buildings, underground parking garages, and homes.
- Serving as a high-performance primer in systems where strong adhesion and alkali resistance are critical.
- Suitable for properly prepared interior cementitious substrates, including:
- Concrete slabs
- Cement screeds
- Existing concrete floors (after proper cleaning and abrasion)
- Warning: Not suitable for loose, sandy, oily, or damp substrates that are not fully dry. Not recommended for outdoor applications.
- Refer to SDS before use.
- May cause skin and eye irritation. Wear protective gloves and goggles.
- Ensure adequate ventilation during application.
- Do not apply under freezing conditions or on wet surfaces.
- Mixed material must be used within 1.5 hours. Do not dilute.
- Store in original sealed containers between 5°C–50°C. Protect from frost.
